The words of , who was among the herdmen of , which he saw concerning in the days of king of , and in the days of the son of king of , two years before the earthquake. And he said, The LORD will roar from , and utter his voice from ; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of shall wither. Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of , and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have threshed with threshing instruments of iron: But I will send a fire into the house of , which shall devour the palaces of -hadad. I will break also the bar of , and cut off the inhabitant from the plain of , and him that holdeth the sceptre from the house of : and the people of shall go into captivity unto , saith the LORD. Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of , and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they carried away captive the whole captivity, to deliver them up to : But I will send a fire the wall of , which shall devour the palaces thereof: And I will cut off the inhabitant from , and him that holdeth the sceptre from , and I will turn mine hand against : and the of the shall perish, saith the Lord GOD.
