And the LORD3068 visited6485 8283 as he had said559, and the LORD3068 did6213 unto 8283 as he had spoken1696. For 8283 conceived2029, and bare3205 85 a son1121 in his old age2208, at the set time4150 of which God430 had spoken1696 to him. And 85 called7121 the name8034 of his son1121 that was born3205 unto him, whom 8283 bare3205 to him, 3327. And 85 circumcised4135 his son1121 3327 being eight8083 days3117 old1121, as God430 had commanded6680 him. And 85 was an hundred3967 years8141 old1121, when his son1121 3327 was born3205 unto him. And 8283 said559, God430 hath made6213 me to laugh6712, so that all that hear8085 will laugh6711 with me. And she said559, Who would have said4448 unto 85, that 8283 should have given children1121 suck3243? for I have born3205 him a son1121 in his old age2208. And the child3206 grew1431, and was weaned1580: and 85 made6213 a great1419 feast4960 the same day3117 that 3327 was weaned1580. And 8283 saw7200 the son1121 of 1904 the 4713, which she had born3205 unto 85, mocking6711. Wherefore she said559 unto 85, Cast out1644 this bondwoman519 and her son1121: for the son1121 of this bondwoman519 shall not be heir3423 with my son1121, even with 3327. And the thing1697 was very3966 grievous3415 in 's85 sight5869 because182 of his son1121. And God430 said559 unto 85, Let it not be grievous3415 in thy sight5869 because of the lad5288, and because of thy bondwoman519; in all that 8283 hath said559 unto thee, hearken8085 unto her voice6963; for in 3327 shall thy seed2233 be called7121. And also of the son1121 of the bondwoman519 will I make7760 a nation1471, because he is thy seed2233. And 85 rose up early7925 in the morning1242, and took3947 bread3899, and a bottle2573 of water4325, and gave5414 it unto 1904, putting7760 it her shoulder7926, and the child3206, and sent her away7971: and she departed3212, and wandered8582 in the wilderness4057 of 884. And the water4325 was spent3615 in4480 the bottle2573, and she cast7993 the child3206 under one259 of the shrubs7880. And she went3212, and sat her down3427 over against5048 him a good way off7368, as it were a bowshot2909 7198: for she said559, Let me not see7200 the death4194 of the child3206. And she sat3427 over against him, and lift up5375 her voice6963, and wept1058. And God430 heard8085 the voice6963 of the lad5288; and the angel4397 of God430 called7121 to 1904 out of heaven8064, and said559 unto her, What aileth thee, 1904? fear3372 not; for God430 hath heard8085 the voice6963 of the lad5288 where he is. Arise6965, lift up5375 the lad5288, and hold2388 him in thine hand3027; for I will make7760 him a great1419 nation1471. And God430 opened6491 her eyes5869, and she saw7200 a 875 of water4325; and she went3212, and filled4390 the bottle2573 with water4325, and gave8248 the lad5288 drink8248. And God430 was with the lad5288; and he grew1431, and dwelt3427 in the wilderness4057, and became an archer7235 7199. And he dwelt3427 in the wilderness4057 of Paran6290: and his mother517 took3947 him a wife802 out of the land776 of 4714. And it came to pass at that time6256, that 40 and Phichol6369 the chief captain8269 of his host6635 spake559 unto 85, saying559, God430 is with thee in all that thou doest6213: Now therefore swear7650 unto me here2008 by God430 that thou wilt not deal falsely8266 with me, nor with my son5209, nor with my son's son5220: but according to the kindness2617 that I have done6213 unto thee, thou shalt do6213 unto me, and to the land776 wherein thou hast sojourned1481. that thou: Heb. if thou shalt lie unto me And 85 said559, I will swear7650. And 85 reproved3198 40 because182 of a 875 of water4325, which 's40 servants5650 had violently taken away1497. And 40 said559, I wot3045 not who hath done6213 this thing1697: neither3808 didst thou tell5046 me, neither3808 yet heard8085 I of it, but1115 to day3117. And 85 took3947 6629 and oxen1241, and gave5414 them unto 40; and both of them8147 made3772 a 1285. And 85 set5324 seven7651 ewe lambs3535 of the flock6629 by themselves. And 40 said559 unto 85, What2008 mean these seven7651 ewe lambs3535 which thou hast set5324 by themselves? And he said559, For these seven7651 ewe lambs3535 shalt thou take3947 of my hand3027, that5668 they may be a witness5713 unto me, that I have digged2658 this 875. Wherefore he called7121 that place4725 884; because there they sware7650 both of them8147. : that is, The of the oath Thus they made3772 a 1285 at 884: then 40 rose up6965, and Phichol6369 the chief captain8269 of his host6635, and they returned7725 into the land776 of the 6430. And planted5193 a grove815 in 884, and called7121 there the name8034 of the LORD3068, the everlasting5769 God410. grove: or, tree And 85 sojourned1481 in the '6430 land776 many7227 days3117.
