Then came7126 the daughters1323 of Zelophehad6765, the son1121 of Hepher2660, the son1121 of 1568, the son1121 of Machir4353, the son1121 of 4519, of the families4940 of 4519 the son1121 of 3130: and these are the names8034 of his daughters1323; Mahlah4244, 5270, and Hoglah2295, and Milcah4435, and Tirzah8656. And they stood5975 before6440 4872, and before6440 499 the priest3548, and before6440 the princes5387 and all the congregation5712, by the door6607 of the 168 of the congregation4150, saying559, Our father1 died4191 in the wilderness4057, and he was not in8432 the company5712 of them that gathered themselves together3259 against the LORD3068 in the company5712 of 7141; but died4191 in his own sin2399, and had no sons1121. Why should the name8034 of our father1 be done away1639 from among8432 his family4940, because he hath no son1121? And thou shalt speak1696 unto the children1121 of 3478, saying559, If a man376 die4191, and have no son1121, then ye shall cause his inheritance5159 to pass5674 unto his daughter1323. And if he have no daughter1323, then ye shall give5414 his inheritance5159 unto his brethren251. And if he have no brethren251, then ye shall give5414 his inheritance5159 unto his father's1 brethren251. And if his father1 have no brethren251, then ye shall give5414 his inheritance5159 unto his kinsman7607 that is next7138 to him of his family4940, and he shall possess3423 it: and it shall be unto the children1121 of 3478 a statute2708 of judgment4941, as the LORD3068 commanded6680 4872.
