My son1121, if thou wilt receive3947 my words561, and hide6845 my commandments4687 with thee; So that thou incline7181 thine ear241 unto 2451, and apply5186 thine heart3820 to understanding8394; Yea, if thou criest7121 after knowledge998, and liftest up5414 thy voice6963 for understanding8394; liftest: Heb. givest thy voice If thou seekest1245 her as silver3701, and searchest2664 for her as for hid treasures4301; Then shalt thou understand995 the fear3374 of the LORD3068, and find4672 the knowledge1847 of God430.
